****CAUTION****: ALL DONATIONS THAT WERE GIVEN TO REMINGTON ACRES IN THE 2007 FISCAL YEAR, ON THE REMINGTON ACRES EQUINE SERVICES WEBSITE WENT INTO HER POSSESSION!!! After numerous attempts by several different people Rose Westover has still NOT supplied any financial records for 2007!
Update: Remington Acres did not reimburse some of the foster homes for the medical that they put into these sick horses for the 2007 fiscal year. There are foster homes that have accumulated hundreds of dollars in medical bill and have not received reimbursement, as per Remington Acres BYLAWS.

Thunder

Thunder Before

Sadly there will be no recovery photos on Thunder. Thunder before he had to be put down due to health after being in Roses care for who knows how long!!!!! 1st after photo was taken Friday June 29, 2007.
Rose should not be allowed to do this to anymore horses. As someone pointed out, this is the same horse that was flashed all over the website in good health and needing donations!!!! He had such a tragic end.
There are so many needy horses out there right now. For heavens sake investigate the rescue you choose to put money into.
If you have more photos of these horses before or after or you just want to share your story please email them to me at
